L'Académie des Assises
Inclusion and diversity at the heart of cybersecurity
Why the Assises Academy?
In response to the growing shortage of talent and the still too limited representation of women and young people in the strategic cybersecurity sector, Assises de la cybersécurité is launching the Assises Academy. Inspired by the exceptional career of Zahia Ziouani, conductor and patron of the project, this initiative aims to make the cybersecurity professions accessible to all, while promoting inclusion and diversity.

"We are convinced that diversity is a strength, and that cybersecurity, with its crucial role in our society, must reflect this richness. Together, we want to build a sector that is inclusive and open to all. "
Maria Iacono, Les Assises Director

A structured program to achieve our objectives
- Educational roundtables: organized in schools, universities and employment support structures, they will highlight the many facets of cybersecurity professions, while dispelling any prejudices and fears.
- Strategic partnerships: with players such as APEC, L'Académie des Assises will mobilize a wide range of stakeholders to reach a diverse audience.
Our ambitions for inclusive cybersecurity
L'Académie des Assises is based on a structured program, focusing on three major objectives:
- Demystifying the cybersecurity professions: demonstrating that they are not limited to technical skills, and that they offer a variety of roles for diverse profiles.
- Encourage inclusion: attract under-represented groups, including women, young people and people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Building bridges between talent and business: facilitating encounters between industry professionals and future talent.
"I'm delighted to share common goals with you and to be the Academy's godmother. "
Zahia Ziouani, Conductor and founder of the Divertimento Academy
