Monaco Cyber Security Initiative

Created in 2015, the AMSN is the national authority in charge of information systems security in the Principality of Monaco. It is a centre of expertise, response and processing in terms of digital security and attacks for the State and Operators of Vital Importance (OIV).

Monaco Cyber Sécurité is a key player in the Principality, PASSI-qualified for over 6 years, offering 360° cyber security: audit, consultancy, certification, incident detection and response via its Cyber Defence Centre (SOC & CERT 24/7). Against a backdrop of growing threats and new regulations (NIS2, DORA, etc.), the company is extending its expertise in France under the Avangarde Cyber Sécurité brand, with offices in Monaco, Lyon, Aix-en-Provence, Sophia-Antipolis and Paris.

MVE SAM offers cyber security services tailored to your needs. ISO 27001 organisational audits, penetration tests, configuration audits, support, drafting of security policies, training, etc. MVE was awarded PASSI (Prestataire d'Audit de Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information) qualification by the AMSN in July 2020. PASSI qualification is a guarantee of the high technical level of our staff and the quality of our processes.

It was the first of the Big Four firms to obtain PASSI-RGS certification and remains the only one to hold PASSI-LPM and PRIS certifications. These accreditations attest to PwC's ongoing commitment, positioning it as a trusted player and recognised expert in cybersecurity. With its 17 PASSI and PASSI Monaco qualified auditors, PwC has confirmed its status as a French provider specialising in cybersecurity for over a decade. This renewal follows on from the PRIS qualification obtained in 2023 and is part of an active approach to obtain PACS qualification from ANSSI. As an active member of the French ecosystem, PwC is a resident of the Cyber Campus and contributes to work related to future qualification schemes, such as PACS, as well as to the adoption of new standards such as NIS2.
