The Prix de l'Innovation 2025:

Les Assises de la cybersécurité seek tomorrow's visionaries

A unique springboard to reveal the future nuggets of cybersecurity

Paris, April 7, 2025 - This year, Les Assises de la cybersécurité are celebrating a key edition of their Innovation Prize, a true marker of excellence and audacity for startups in the sector. Since its creation in 2006, the prize has helped to identify and propel revolutionary solutions, at a time when cybersecurity is more than ever at the heart of concerns. Against a backdrop of constantly evolving threats, Assises is pursuing its commitment to detect, support and accompany the most promising innovations, those that will shape the cybersecurity of tomorrow.

Les Assises doesn't just follow innovation, it provokes it.

The Prix de l'Innovation is the antechamber to the industry's future leaders, the springboard that propels the most disruptive solutions to the forefront. Each finalist start-up enters the arena, facing a jury of some of the industry's most influential experts, with the aim of convincing, impacting and winning.

A prize that changes the destiny of start-ups

On June 25, finalists will have the opportunity to pitch their vision to an audience of investors and decision-makers at the prestigious Cercle du Prix de l'Innovation. It's a unique opportunity to capture attention, make a lasting impression and accelerate their careers.

But before facing the final jury, an elite coaching program will prepare them for excellence. In partnership with Ryder and Davis x CyberBooster, start-ups will benefit from intensive training designed to sharpen their pitch, perfect their storytelling and sublimate their impact. Because here, every detail counts.

Who qualifies for the exception?

Only the most visionary start-ups can claim this ultimate recognition. The selection criteria are uncompromising:

  • Less than 5 years old, based in the European Union, Switzerland, Norway or the UK, and financed by European funds (subject to conditions at the time of application);
  • A revolutionary solution in cybersecurity and information systems security;
  • No previous participation in the Assises in their own name (excluding Village Start-ups);
  • No partnership with the Assises de la cybersécurité 2025.

Each application will be examined by an exceptional panel of judges, who will select candidates according to four fundamental criteria:

  • The novel and disruptive nature of the solution;
  • The technological prowess it embodies;
  • The real impact for the CISO community;
  • The project's level of maturity and its potential to transform the market.

An elite jury to spot innovation at the top

Every year, the Assises de la cybersécurité Innovation Prize surrounds itself with the sharpest minds to identify the industry's game-changers. This year, the jury will be co-chaired by Thierry Auger, Corporate CIO & Group Cybersecurity Director, Lagardère, and Didier Gras, IT Risk & Cybersecurity Officer, BNP PARIBAS and Director of CESIN.

Alongside them, a cast of excellence:

  • Sabine d'Argoeuves, Head of Security Solutions, Identity & Continuity, Kering
  • Gérôme Billois, Partner, Wavestone
  • Olivier Guérin, Chargé de mission, ANSSI
  • Thomas Fillaud, Chief Security Officer, Mirakl
  • Maximilien Oursel, Partner, Pléiade Venture
  • Jean-Yves Poichotte, Global Head of IS Security, Sanofi
  • Jérôme Saiz, Expert en protection des entreprises, OPFOR Intelligence
  • Loïc Samain, RSSI, EDF Hydro
