Preamble
Reimbursement is exclusively available to guests and is paid after the event, subject to certain conditions (see below).
The following are not eligible for reimbursement: guests’ spouses, exhibiting partners and their staff, and visitors.
Conditions of eligibility for reimbursement
Transport is arranged directly by the guest attending Les Assises de la cybersécurité. All airlines and rail companies are eligible for reimbursement of the guest’s travel expenses by the Organisation, up to a limit of €235 including VAT, upon presentation of supporting documents via the personal account, subject to certain conditions (see below).The reimbursement procedure
After the event, log in to your personal account and complete the satisfaction survey to access the reimbursement form. This procedure will be available in your account within one month of the event’s conclusion, upon submission of transport receipts. Once the deadline displayed in your personal account has passed, no further reimbursements will be processed. To be considered, the form must be fully completed. A bank transfer to the bank details you have uploaded in the form will be made within one month.
Refund conditions
- You must have actually attended Les Assises de la cybersécurité in Monaco during the current year’s edition;
- You must have attended at least the minimum number of appointments required for the duration of your invitation;
- You must have attended the programme of events: conferences, workshops, round-table discussions, live demos, keynotes and meet-ups;
- You must have read and accepted the terms and conditions and the rules of participation.
Important details
- No refunds will be given for parking or toll tickets, mileage allowances or expenses for taxis, buses, helicopters, Orlyval and RATP;
- In the event of a guest cancelling their attendance, no refund will be issued;
- Any flight changes are the responsibility of the guest
