Les Assises de la cybersécurité unveil
the theme for its 2026 edition: 'Let's be bold!'

Theme of the programme

Paris, 4 May 2026 - Les Assises de la cybersécurité invite the cybersecurity community to its 2026 edition in Monaco, from 7 to 10 October. Against a backdrop of heightened geopolitical tensions, critical technological dependencies and the rapid advancement of AI, the event has a clear ambition: to make cybersecurity a strategic, visible and influential function..

'Let's be bold!': a confident stance

Led by Fabrice Bru, Honorary President of this 26th edition, “Let’s dare!” embodies an evolution in the role of CISO, who are called upon to play a greater part in strategic decision-making whilst remaining firmly rooted in day-to-day operations.

Faced with increasingly tense power dynamics and disruptive innovations that are reshuffling the deck, cybersecurity is emerging as a key driver of sovereignty and transformation.

Three key priorities

Putting people back at the heart of our approach

Developing skills, supporting talent and strengthening dialogue with business units.

Strengthening European collaboration

Breaking down the isolation of CISO roles, stepping up knowledge-sharing and building a more coherent European cybersecurity framework.

Accelerating the integration of technologies

Making AI and disruptive innovations drivers of value, whilst consolidating strategic autonomy.

An action-oriented edition

The 2026 Assises translate this vision into concrete initiatives:

  • an increased focus on coaching and feedback sessions,
  • strengthened engagement with European bodies (ECSO, InterCERT),
  • a rigorous selection process for providers and the spotlight on innovative European start-ups and scale-ups.

“Our goal is clear: we want to make a bigger impact. With ‘Osons!’, Les Assises 2026 is supporting cybersecurity decision-makers more than ever in their decision-making processes, speeding up decision-making and strengthening their ability to influence.” Maria Iacono - Director of Les Assises de la cybersécurité
